The Texas football team's starting quarterback Arch Manning made waves when he spoke in a recent press conference about an AI video. The video was in regard to an exchange his head coach Steve Sarkisian had with Holly Rowe, a sideline reporter. Manning laughed with reporters after seeing an AI video that showed Sarkisian hitting Rowe.
Manning is apologizing for that behavior, and Rowe is accepting the apology.
âÂÂThank you Arch. I appreciate our conversation about this which will remain private,â Rowe posted on social media. âÂÂWe move forward with respect and kindness for one another.âÂÂ
Rowe and Sarkisian spoke briefly at the end of the Texas-Ohio State game. Texas defeated Ohio State, and Rowe went to interview Sarkisian on the field about the victory. The Texas head coach walked away from Rowe quickly.

âÂÂIn my press conference yesterday, I made an incentive comment about an AI video,â Manning wrote in an Instagram post on Tuesday, and reported by CBS. âÂÂThere is nothing funny about it. It's easy to say I didn't mean it, but I know my words and actions were hurtful to a lot of people. I do not take that lightly and am deeply sorry for that.âÂÂ
