Tua Tagovailoa had an unfortunate moment down the stretch, throwing a game-ending interception in the Atlanta Falcons' 30-23 overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night.
Tagovailoa has been playing in the NFL since 2020, going through his first season with the Falcons. This comes after spending six seasons with the Miami Dolphins, embracing a new chapter of his career.
Tagovailoa was the backup quarterback to start the season, missing the initial contests due to injury. Upon recovery, he was the backup behind Michael Penix Jr., getting his chance when Penix got hurt during the second half of Atlanta's clash with Baltimore.
Tagovailoa tried to help Atlanta persevere in their matchup against Baltimore. However, he wound up throwing an interception as Ravens defender Kyle Hamilton made the game-ending play in the overtime period.
