According to Zach Berman of The Athletic, Barkley will play on Monday against the Bears, as he had been dealing with a neck stinger.

“Saquon Barkley will play vs. the Bears. He’s confident in how the recovery is going from his sting and believes he’s in a good spot,” Berman wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
