The Philadelphia Eagles are adding another running back to their roster amid injuries at the position.

With Saquon Barkley still dealing with a hamstring issue, Tank Bigsby on the injured reserve and Will Shipley going down with a foot injury, the Eagles decided to promote former Arkansas Razorbacks running back Ja’Quinden Jackson from the practice squad, according to Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports.

“The #Eagles are expected to sign running back Ja’Quinden Jackson to their practice squad, sources tell @CBSSports. Was with Philadelphia during the offseason. Now expected to sign to the team’s practice squad. Ran for 15 touchdowns as a college senior at Arkansas in 2024,” Zenitz shared on X, formerly Twitter.
