Anaheim Ducks forward Leo Carlsson reached a career milestone during Tuesday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Vancouver Canucks at Honda Center. The 21-year-old scored his 65th NHL goal, moving past Lucas Raymond for the second-most goals by a Swedish player before turning 22. Mats Sundin remains the leader with 83 goals.

Carlsson's milestone came amid a difficult night for Anaheim, which surrendered a three-goal advantage before Filip Hronek scored the game-winning goal on a two-man power play with 11 seconds remaining in overtime.

The Ducks took control in the second period after AJ Greer opened the scoring at 15:52 of the first. Vancouver equalized at 6:36 of the second when Liam Ohgren benefited from a deflection off Anaheim defenseman Tristan Luneau. However, Jeff Malott restored the home side's advantage 30 seconds later by redirecting a pass from Jackson LaCombe.

The Ducks extended their lead to 3-1 through Beckett Sennecke's power-play deflection at 15:44. Carlsson then capitalized on a rebound at 18:24, pushing the puck over the goal line after it bounced off Canucks defenseman Zeev Buium's skate.

The goal gave Anaheim a 4-1 advantage, but Vancouver gradually mounted the comeback. Brock Boeser reduced the deficit to two goals in the third period before Greer scored his second of the night to make it 5-2 at 12:23.

Jamie Oleksiak responded 30 seconds later, bringing the Canucks within two. Jonathan Lekkerimaki subsequently scored twice in a 49-second stretch with the Ducks goaltender pulled, leveling the contest at 5-5 with 1:57 left in regulation.

Vancouver outshot Anaheim 8-2 over the final 12 minutes of regulation and generated all four shots recorded during overtime. After penalties against Sennecke and Alex Killorn gave the visitors a five-on-three advantage, Hronek completed the comeback with the winning goal.
