With the Tennessee Titans now led by Robert Saleh and quarterback Cam Ward, compared to Brian Callahan from last season, the 24-year-old would seemingly throw a shot at his former head coach. Though Week 1 for the Titans featured a 23-10 loss to the Jets, Ward would praise the operation of the team and compare it to last season.

According to Terry McCormick, Ward said that Sunday's game “did not feel like last year,” further expressing that “there was more of an offensive game plan.”
