The Arizona Cardinals fell 36-24 to the New York Giants in Week 4. It was a back-and-forth contest, but it didn't end in Arizona's favor. While the team deals with the loss, there was a viral moment that happened in the middle of the game, as it appeared that a referee was cussing out Trey McBride.
While it looked like the 26-year-old tight end was complaining about something, a ref several yards away from him seemed to have said “f*** you” several times. At least that's what it seems from lip reading, per NFL insider Jordan Schultz. McBride smiled after seeing the camera catching the whole incident.

It's yet to be seen if the NFL will deliver a punishment for the referee. The league may conduct its own investigation into the matter. But that is yet to be determined.
Trey McBride ended the day with seven receptions for 31 yards off 12 targets. Although he was given plenty of opportunities to have a big day, the five-year veteran had a relatively quiet day. The Cardinals' top receiver on Sunday was Michael Wilson, who finished with seven catches for 95 yards. Additionally, Marvin Harrison Jr. hauled in his first touchdown catch of the campaign.
Arizona is now 1-3 on the season after losing three straight. Things won't get any easier for the franchise, as the club is scheduled to take on the Detroit Lions in Week 5. Additionally, the Cardinals play in a loaded NFC West consisting of the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, and Los Angeles Rams, which doesn't bode well for a possible turnaround this year.
