Derrick Henry has a lot of anticipation for the Baltimore Ravens' trip to Brazil in preparation for their matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season.
Henry started the 11th season of his career, his third with the Ravens. He is off to a strong start as he shines as one of the best running backs in the league.
Baltimore is 1-1 to start the year after beating the Indianapolis Colts and losing to the New Orleans Saints. Henry spoke with media regarding the trip and the upcoming matchup on Thursday, knowing the challenges that come with it as he looks forward to the fan attendance.
“I really don’t know what to expect. I’m sure Cowboys fans travel well just like our fans do. But if I had to bet on it, I’d put our fans travel more than theirs. So, we’ll see,” Henry said, per reporter Josh Tolentino.

What lies ahead for Derrick Henry, Ravens
Derrick Henry and the Ravens have high aspirations as they go through Year 1 with Jesse Minter as the head coach. While they don't have the ideal start following the Week 2 collapse to the Saints, they still have promise with the elite stars they have on offense.
Henry has been impressive to start Year 11. He has racked up 40 rushes for 212 yards and four touchdowns while catching four passes for 38 yards so far.
Baltimore has a 1-1 record to start the season, sitting at second place in the AFC North Division standings. They are above the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns while trailing the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Ravens will look forward to their Week 3 clash with the Cowboys in Brazil. That matchup commences on Sept. 27 at 4:25 p.m. ET.
