The Los Angeles Dodgers are in a hot mess. On Monday, they lost Game 2 of the NLCS to the Milwaukee Brewers 7-4. Los Angeles led 4-3 in the 5th inning before the Brewers scored 4 runs to pull off a come-from-behind win.
As a result, their reign as the best team in baseball (i.e., winning back-to-back World Series titles) could end.
With the Brewers putting the Dodgers on their heels, they need to get back on track immediately. MLB Hall of Famer and Fox Sports analyst Derek Jeter provided some guidance on what he thinks Los Angeles needs to do to pull off a comeback, per Fox Sports.
“I agree, the Dodgers are in trouble,” Jeter said. “Unless they can figure out how to string together some hits.”

Going into the postseason, the prevailing view was that the Dodgers would sail away to their third straight title. But they had to fight their way past the Atlanta Braves in 4 games in the AL Wild Card series.
Now, the NLCS heads to Los Angeles, where the next possible 3 games will be played at Dodger Stadium. Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday at 5:00 pm PST/7:00 pm CST/8:00 pm EST.
