Cowboys news: CeeDee Lamb gets silver lining in official injury status update

During the Dallas Cowboys' shocking 24-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the NFC East squad sustained a couple of injury blows. The biggest blow the Cowboys sustained was a quad injury to number one receiver CeeDee Lamb. However, Lamb did receive a silver lining. NFL insider Ian Rapoport appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and shared more information on the injury. McAfee's show shared Rapoport's update via X (formerly Twitter), where the insider called Lamb's ailment “not a long-term injury.”

“He seems okay,” remarked Rapoport on the daily show. “It's described to me as a quad bruise. One where, not a long-term injury, but got hit in sort of the same spot.”
