Stefon Diggs' status for the Washington Commanders' Monday Night Football clash with the San Francisco 49ers was questionable as he dealt with a hamstring injury. Luckily, the Commanders wide receiver was eventually listed as active to play.
However, Diggs might have gone and picked up another injury early in the game.
After Diggs was unable to corral a pass from Jayden Daniels, he immediately took a big hit from a 49ers defender. From the replay, it looked like Diggs' right hand made significant contact with the 49ers defender's helmet.

Diggs was later seen on the sideline in some discomfort getting his right hand looked at by Commanders personnel.
