The Los Angeles Clippers are embracing a new era in its franchise history, welcoming star forward Brandon Ingram after trading away Kawhi Leonard.
Ingram has been playing in the NBA since 2017, completing his ninth year in the league with the Toronto Raptors. He spent the last two seasons with the team, helping them on their playoff run in 2026.
He now starts a new chapter in his career in Los Angeles. The Clippers landed him, Gradey Dick and several draft picks from the Raptors in exchange for Leonard.
Los Angeles parts ways from Leonard after seven years, having made the playoffs five times in that span. They made sure to give Ingram a warm welcome with their post on social media, introducing fans to the incoming star forward.
