The Kansas City Chiefs looked all the way back after dismantling the Denver Broncos 31-10 in Week 1. Patrick Mahomes looked decent enough coming off his knee injury, while his teammates around him stepped up and made big plays. After starting the new campaign with a victory, it seems the organization's odds of winning the Super Bowl are looking great.
In the latest betting odds on Bet Online, the Chiefs are +1400 to win the title this season. There are only three teams ahead of them with better odds, those being the Los Angeles Rams, Buffalo Bills, and Baltimore Ravens. Kansas City has the exact same odds as the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks.
Top 6 odds to win Super Bowl LXI

Kansas City Chiefs: +1400

Outside of a poor 55.5% completion percentage and one bad interception, Patrick Mahomes played relatively well in the Week 1 opener. He finished the contest with 184 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, and one rushing touchdown. The real star of the game was newly acquired running back Kenneth Walker, who ended the game with 173 rushing yards and a touchdown off 23 attempts, giving him a solid 7.5 yards-per-carry average.
The defense shined brightly, too. Broncos quarterback Bo Nix appeared rush all night, as he made numerous mistakes that killed several of his team's drives. Denver couldn't get anything going on offense, and the Chiefs capitalized on their mistakes throughout the game.
Kansas City will have another home primetime matchup in Week 2. The Chiefs are scheduled to take on the Indianapolis Colts in a âÂÂSunday Night Footballâ showdown.
