The Kansas City Chiefs could add another major weapon for Patrick Mahomes in the 2027 NFL Draft, with ClutchPoints' latest mock draft projecting Alabama wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams to Kansas City.
The Chiefs have opened the season 3-0 following Sunday's 24-10 Week 3 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Despite their strong start, adding another high-end receiving option alongside Rashee Rice could give Mahomes a legitimate No. 1 target for the future.
ClutchPoints' Tim Crean projected Kansas City to select Coleman-Williams with the No. 30 overall pick.

Coleman-Williams would provide Kansas City with another young option in its passing attack as the franchise continues planning for its future around Mahomes.
The Chiefs have spent recent years attempting to build a consistent receiving corps around their star quarterback following the departure of Tyreek Hill. Rice has emerged as a prominent part of the offense, but selecting Coleman-Williams could further strengthen the position and give Kansas City another explosive threat.
For now, the undefeated Chiefs remain focused on the 2026 season.
Kansas City will put its 3-0 record on the line against another unbeaten AFC West team in Week 4. The Chiefs travel to face the Las Vegas Raiders (3-0) on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
