Sweden boss Graham Potter believes out-of-favour Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres will benefit from the upcoming international break.
The Gunners hitman has endured a tough start to his second season with the north London club, having lost his place in the starting XI to Kai Havertz.
Gyokeres started recent wins over Napoli and Ipswich Town in the Champions League and League Cup, respectively, but drew blanks in both games.
What's more, the former Sporting CP star has been restricted to just 12 minutes of Premier League action this season, and was an unused sub in wins over Coventry, Aston Villa and Sunderland.
However, he's expected to lead the charge for Sweden for UEFA Nations League meetings with Romania, Poland, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the looming international break.
And national team boss Potter has urged Gyokeres to put any criticism to one side and focus on returning to his best form.
What did Potter say?
"Things happen. Things go up and down, just like life does," Potter said of the striker's attacking showings.
"HeâÂÂs a Premier League winner. He scored a lot of goals as a number nine for Arsenal.
"He was incredible in World Cup qualifying and had a greatÃÂ World CupÃÂ as well.
"Players at this level will always get criticism at some point. But there is no problem here."
Potter continued: "We know how good Viktor is, we know how important he is.
"We love him with the team and I think he has the same feeling. Sometimes a change of context, a change of environment can help a player.
"We're all looking forward to having Viktor with us and helping him enjoy his football."
Arteta's comments on Gyokeres
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was asked about Gyokeres and whether he is struggling for confidence ahead of Saturday's game at Brighton.
"No, obviously, especially in the Premier League, he hasn't played that many minutes," Arteta replied.
"But last week he played in Napoli, and he had a good game. I think that's about moments as well.
"We need to give him all the support and confidence that he needs to deliver because we know the player that we have, the capacity that he has to score goals and what he can give to the team."
Arsenal have made a 100 per cent start to the season, winning all seven competitive matches following their midweek 4-2 win at Ipswich.
And they'll look to make it five wins from five in the league when they make the trip to the south coast to face the Seagulls this weekend.
But it won't be stroll down the promenade for the Gunners against Brighton, who have proven they are no walkovers with some big results already this season.
Among them are respective 5-0 and 4-0 wins over Coventry and Aston Villa, dumping Manchester United out of the Carabao Cup and taking Chelsea all the way in a 4-3 defeat in the league.
