The Chicago Bulls may not be off to a good start in terms of wins and losses. However, Caleb Wilson is on a roll.

On Wednesday, the Bulls lost to the defending-champion New York Knicks, 133-127. They are now 1-4. However, Wilson finished with 20 points, 6 rebounds, and four assists.

With that, Wilson tied Michael Jordan as the fastest player in franchise history to reach 100 points.

In the first five games of the season, Wilson has scored in double figures. He also previously entered Jordan territory with the 2nd-most points scored by a Chicago rookie in his first three games.

Jordan led with 74, and Wilson had 67.

So far, Wilson is averaging 20.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game in five games. Wilson is already emerging into one of the most exciting players in the league and he is just a rookie.

More than anything, he has come into the league with no ounce of patience in him to go through the gradual adjustment stage for rookies. He is wanting to prove that his time is now.

Additionally, that evokes comparisons to Jordan in the sense that he wanted to make a name for himself when he was drafted in 1984.

Jordan didn't want his turn. He came into the league storming and didn't relent. Furthermore, Wilson led all rookies in scoring in the firs three games of the season.

Now, the Bulls will begin a road trip, beginning with a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday November 2. Then, they will play the Knicks again on Wednesday November 4.
