The Denver Broncos go into halftime against the San Francisco 49ers tied 3-3. However, all of the attention is on Patrick Surtain II, as he left the game early with an apparent lower-body injury.

It was a non-contact injury for the 26-year-old cornerback, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. Surtain went to the locker room shortly after hopping on one leg while he was alone on the field. The injury occurred in his right leg, and it is not currently known exactly what the injury is.
