Brawl Stars Wendy Guide – Attacks & Stats Per Level
Firstly, Wendy's Main Attack, Blow Dryer, is a long-range attack that has different effects based on how it's used. If it hits an enemy, the attack deals moderate damage and gives Wendy a small shield. If the attack hits a teammate, it grants them a shield. Wendy's shield never decays, but the shield on her teammates will over time.
Secondly, Wendy's Super, Planet Protector, lets her spawn a Shield generator that covers a wide radius. While Wendy and her teammates are in the Super's radius, the shield generator absorbs a portion of the damage they receive.
Furthermore, Wendy's Hypercharge, Green Energy, increases her shield generator's health as well as the amount of damage it absorbs from each attack.
Lastly, Wendy possesses two traits. The first allows her to move over water. The second allows her to charge her Super when taking shield damage.
Nevertheless, let's look at Wendy‘s Stats (stats of September 2026, all stats subject to change):

Brawl Stars Wendy Guide – Which Star Powers & Gadgets are the best?
Overall, Wendy has two gadgets:
- Wind-Powered – “Wendy's platform gives her a boost and she jumps a short distance.”
- Green Grenade – “Wendy launches a wind grenade that slows all enemies hit and stops them healing momentarily.”
Additionally, Wendy has two Star Powers:
- Slowing Shield – “Enemies in Wendy's shield generator are slowed.”
- Solar Shield – “Wendy's shield generator gains additional health.”
Furthermore, Wendy can use the following gears in battle:
- Speed
- Vision
- Health
- Shield
- Damage
- Gadget Cooldown
*We are not including any Epic or Mythic Gears in any of these guides.
Brawl Stars Wendy Guide – Recommended Star Power, Gadget, & Gear Setup
Firstly, for Gadgets, both are good options, though we tend to see Wind-Powered used more often. That's because Wendy can hide behind a wall and hop over whenever it's convenient for her. This often helps on Showdown maps where she can use a wall next to water for cover to stay alive longer. Meanwhile, the Green Grenade works better in team-based modes like Hot Zone where you can attack multiple enemies with it.

Slowing Shield is nice, but enemies can destroy your shield pretty quickly since they'll likely be close enough to damage it.
Lastly, for Gears, we like the Shield and Damage Gear. You may as well give Wendy even more shields, as her health isn't that great without them. Furthermore, if her health does drop low, she'll have extra damage to help her in a pinch.
Brawl Stars – Which Modes Should You Use Wendy in (And Which Modes You Shouldn't)
Duo/Trio Showdown
Wendy's Shields can help keep her and her teammates alive in various situations. Additionally, her attack's long range makes it easy to land attacks and build up your shield. And whenever things are quiet, you can give your teammate a shield in preparation of an oncoming battle.
Brawl Ball
Overall, Wendy's Shields can massively help a tanky teammate like Primo or Bull. Keeping them alive can make all the difference as you try to control the map and push the ball further down the field. Furthermore, her long range attack and shield generator help keep her alive and enemies at bay.
Gem Grab
Wendy's main attack can be used to shield her teammate if they plan on grabbing gems. Her shield generator can also take away any oncoming damage to help keep you all alive. However, she's not a great offensive brawler, so try to use her more in a support role.
Brawl Stars Wendy Guide – What Mode(s) Should I NOT Use Wendy In?
Heist
Overall, Wendy's moderate damage dealing doesn't make her a great Heist brawler. While she can keep teammates alive, her main priority in this mode should be destroying the safe. While not a terrible choice, there are much better brawlers to choose from.
Solo Showdown
As a support brawler, Wendy thrives when she supports others. Therefore, with no one to support in solo showdown, she can't often play to her full strengths. Furthermore, her main attack does not pierce, meaning it may take time to destroy multiple boxes.
Overall, that wraps up our Brawl Stars Wendy Guide!
