The Buffalo Bills pulled out of Week 1 with an impressive 36-31 win over the Houston Texans. It was a back-and-forth contest that ended thanks to a huge defensive stop by the Buffalo defense, as they spoiled everything with a nice strip-sack on C.J. Stroud.

Houston was in scoring distance and needed a touchdown to regain the lead in the closing seconds of the game. But Bills' defensive end Greg Rousseau got a hold of the 24-year-old quarterback from behind, knocking the ball loose. Linebacker Terrel Bernard jumped on the ball to force the turnover, thus clinching the win.
