Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams returned from a hamstring injury against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6 action, and he immediately made his presence felt. On the Bears' opening drive, Williams hooked up with tight end Colston Loveland three times for 36 yards, including a 14-yard touchdown pass.

Williams looking so good on the first drive was a sight for sore eyes after Chicago's ugly loss to the Green Bay Packers last week, as was Loveland's heavy involvement. Loveland came into his second season with a lot of hype after a strong rookie campaign, but he was quiet over the first five games of the season. The youngster managed just 13 catches for 110 yards before Sunday's game in Atlanta.

The Bears struck again on their second drive, with Williams maintaining a perfect 10-of-10 start over the first two drives to take a 14-0 lead. When Williams is operating with that kind of efficiency, Ben Johnson's offense is just about unstoppable.

Williams suffered his hamstring injury in a messy Week 2 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. The injury initially looked like it could be season-ending, but he wound up only missing the rest of that game and three more games before returning in Week 6. Chicago beat the Philadelphia Eagles with Case Keenum under center and the New York Jets with Tyson Bagent, but Bagent stumbled in the Green Bay disaster.
