LeBron James is heading into Year 24 of his NBA career, and some would say that it doesn't even look like it after seeing how he still plays the game at a high level. Behind his great play are long hours of preparation for his body, and there are also some ailments that he's dealing with. Those two ailments happen to be his foot and his back, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

“And there is special attention paid to his left foot, which has chronic arthritis, sources told ESPN, and his lower back, which caused him to miss the first month of last season because of sciatica,” McMenamin wrote.
