1. Sheffield United to beat Stoke at home (Sat, 3pm)
Sheffield United head into the weekend having finally appeared to turned a corner in their season having won each of their last three matches, scoring nine goals in the process, to lift them out of the relegation zone and into 19th place.
Saturday sees Chris Wilder’s side take on a Stoke side who have had a polar opposite side to the season compared with the Blades, starting the campaign quick out of the blocks but have since lost three of their last four matches.
Sheffield United have won their last three matches against Stoke, who haven’t won at Bramall Lane since 2007.
2. Preston to beat Wrexham at home (Sat, 3pm)
High-flying Preston head into the weekend sat fifth in the Championship table following victory last Saturday which extended their current run to just one defeat in their last seven matches, and leaves them just three points off the automatic promotion places.
Wrexham make the trip to Lancashire having not won any of their last five matches away from home, scoring just one goal in their last four games on their travels.
Preston haven’t lost a league game against Wrexham since 1997.
3. Aberdeen to win away at Dundee (Sat, 3pm)
Aberdeen make the trip to Dundee unbeaten in their last seven matches in all competitions, and six points better off than their hosts on Saturday, just three points off the top five, having played a game less, in their recovery from a slow start to the campaign.
Dundee head into the weekend in 10th, placed just one point above the bottom two, having played a game more than both of the teams below following a dreadful run which has seen them lose seven of their last nine, and five of their last six, matches.
Aberdeen have won their last four matches against Dundee, scoring 10 goals across their last three games against the Dee combined.
4. MK Dons to beat Oldham at home (Sat, 3pm)
MK Dons head into their FA Cup second round clash sat just three points off the top of the League Two table and have won four of their last five home games ahead of Saturday afternoon’s clash at Stadium MK.
Oldham make the trip to Buckinghamshire sat 16th in the League Two standings and with four defeats from their last five matches away from home.
MK Dons have lost only one of their last 11 matches against Oldham, winning eight of those.
