The New England Revolution signed free agent defender Wyatt Omsberg to a one-year contract on Tuesday with a membership choice for 2026.
Monetary phrases weren’t disclosed by the staff.
“As a veteran defender in our league, Wyatt brings MLS expertise to our backline,” Revolution head coach Caleb Porter stated. “Wyatt additionally brings added depth to our group of central defenders. I sit up for working with Wyatt and integrating him to our staff within the coming weeks as we put together to kick off the 2025 season.”
Omsberg, 29, performed in 12 matches (11 begins) final season with the Chicago Hearth.
The Maine native recorded one aim and one help in 67 profession matches (47 begins) with Minnesota United and the Hearth. He was chosen within the first spherical of the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by Minnesota out of Dartmouth School.
