Winnipeg Jets defenseman Colin Miller will likely be sidelined at the very least two weeks resulting from a fractured larynx, head coach Scott Arniel mentioned Tuesday.
Miller sustained the damage after taking a puck to the throat in the course of the first interval of Winnipeg’s 4-2 loss to the Detroit Purple Wings on Saturday. He instantly clutched at his throat, retreated to the locker room and didn’t return.
